We run a catalogue rather than a checkout, which keeps this page short: there is no basket here, no payment and no delivery address to hand over. This sets out the little we do hold and how to make us drop it.

What We Collect

Two kinds, both small. The first you send deliberately — your email address and whatever is in the message, usually a foot measurement and a model name. The second arrives on its own as you browse: browser type, the pages you open, how you found us. That second kind comes through cookies and analytics.

What we never collect: card numbers, billing details, delivery addresses and order histories. Those exist only on the retail network you buy from, because that is where the transaction happens.

What We Do With It

• Answer your email and follow up on it.
• See which parts of the catalogue are read and which are ignored.
• Keep the site up and spot what breaks.

Who Else Sees It

We do not sell your information and we do not trade it. It reaches our email provider and our analytics, and the authorities where the law requires. Nowhere else.

When You Click Through

A price button takes you off this site and onto a retail network, and from that moment their privacy policy applies, not ours. They will know far more about the purchase than we ever will — worth reading their policy rather than assuming ours travels with you.

What You Can Ask For

A copy of what we hold, a correction to anything wrong in it, or its deletion. Email [email protected] and say which.

Keeping It Safe

We apply sensible technical and organizational safeguards. We will not pretend that makes anything sent across the internet invulnerable, because it does not.
