Someone else packs the box

Shipping & Delivery

We do not post parcels. Here is who does, and where the honest delivery date is written.

Who Actually Sends the Parcel

This site is a catalogue, not a shop. Every price button opens the model on a retail network that stocks it, and everything from that click onwards belongs to the retailer: the checkout, the payment, the packing, the carrier and the tracking number. We never see your address, never handle the box and never charge you anything.

That is why you will not find a shipping table on this page with our name on it. Any window we printed here would be a guess about somebody else’s warehouse.

Where the Real Delivery Date Is

It sits on the listing that opens, next to the price, and it is calculated for your address after you sign in — not a range, but a date. That figure is the only one worth planning around, because it already knows which warehouse holds your size and what today’s cut-off is.

Read it before you pay rather than after. It is the single number that most often differs from what people assume.

What Moves That Date

What changes itWhat it does to the date
Who holds the stockA pair shipped by the retail network itself usually beats one sent by an outside seller on the same page.
The size you pickCommon sizes ship from the near warehouse; an unusual size may travel further and add days.
Delivery membershipPaid delivery programmes pull the date in and drop the fee; without one there is often a spend threshold instead.
Where you areAlaska, Hawaii and rural routes sit at the far end of every window, occasionally a day past it.

Tracking It

The tracking number appears in your account on the retailer’s site, in the order you placed. It is not something we can look up: we have no order to look at. The first carrier scan can also lag half a day, so an empty link on the evening of dispatch is normal.

If It Is Late

Raise it with the shop that took the payment, through the order page itself. That is where the leverage is — they hold the contract with the carrier and can reship or refund. We can do neither.

What we can still do is the part before the parcel: if you are stuck between two sizes, write to [email protected] and we will tell you which one we would take.
